A bride was caught speeding twice in one day as she made her way to the church to be married.
Carrie-Anne Karaivanov, 24, was caught twice by the same speed camera in just 13 minutes. The teacher from Penmaenmawr, North Wales, was caught speeding at 35mph on her way to the florists at 11.52am and once again at 12.05pm as she made her way to church.
When Carrie-Anne returned home from her honeymoon in Bulgaria with husband Stephen, she was horrified to find she had been hit with six points and a £120 fine.
As a female driver with a Citroen AX, Carrie-Anne would have qualified for cheap motor insurance but with six points added to her licence, she will find if difficult getting cheap car insurance quotes in the future.
A police spokesman said: "If we cancelled Carrie's tickets, we'd be condoning speeding."
