An 80-year-old women's driver insurance customer was cut free from her vehicle after she drove through a hedge and landed the car on its roof.
The female driver was taken to Arrowe Park Hospital following the road accident in Barnston on Friday 1st September and sustained only minor injuries in the crash.
Emergency services were called to the scene after witnesses said a vehicle ploughed through a hedge and flipped over onto its roof in the field in Station Road.
The 80-year-old could now be making a claim on her women's driver insurance and may find it difficult to get cheap lady car insurance in the future, especially if motor insurance providers believe a similar accident could happen again.
