Driver could pay higher car insurance for women premiums

Women are well known for their good driving skills but sometimes the odd little accident can happen.

Female drivers usually take good care whilst driving, which explains why car insurance for women is cheaper than it is for men.

Unfortunately, for one driver in Leamington, exiting a roundabout caused her to crash her Vauxhall Astra into a lamppost.

The 35-year-old woman was taken to hospital on Friday with cuts and bruises after her car mounted a curb, missed two bollards and hit a lamppost.

If the female driver makes a claim on her cheap car insurance for women she could risk losing her no claims bonus and could miss out on cheap motor insurance in the future.
