- Always adjust your head restraint: A head restraint should be near the head and the top of the restraint should be level with the top of the head. This can prevent painful whiplash injuries
- Always check your tyres: Worn tyres can affect performance, and can burst. Under inflated tyres can reduce the drivers' control of the vehicle. Over inflated tyres can lead to poor grip and a lack of stability
