Terms and condictions

1. The Face of CoverGirl Car Insurance 2007 is open to residents of the UK between the ages of 18 and 80.
2. We reserve the right to reject any entries which we deem to be of an unsuitable nature.
3. Closing date for the competition is 31st July 2007.
4. By entering the competition you confirm that you are the person in the submitted photograph and that all personal information about you is true and correct.
5. By entering the competition you agree to your photograph, name, age and location of where you live being displayed on our website along with certain personal information about you.
6. You will be available to travel to Brighton at the end of August 2007 where ten finalists will be asked to join us for a finale photoshoot.
7. Finalists will be chosen by our own panel of judges who will make their decision based on those entrants providing the most apt photograph and answer to our question, Describe the perfect road trip you would love to take given the opportunity. Those selected to attend the finale will be notified in writing by the 10th August 2007.
8. Finalists will be asked to formally accept their place as a finalist. If finalists are unable to attend the finale photoshoot in Brighton then another competition entrant will be given their place.
9. Finalists will be asked to sign a model release form. This form gives CoverGirl Car Insurance the right to use photographs taken during the finale photoshoot for commercial purposes.
10. By attending the finale photoshoot, finalists agree that all photos or video footage taken of them on the day may be used by CoverGirl Car Insurance on the website and for other marketing purposes indefinitely.
11. Finalists will be notified at least two weeks before the finale photoshoot takes place and will be required to bring a form of identification such as passport and driver's licence.
12. Finalists will provide their own clothing for the finale photoshoot based on the description we give you e.g. jeans and T-shirt
13. Travel expenses will be paid for. Finalists will be given travel expense forms and asked to provide receipts for their travel. Finalists must be prepared to make their own way by car/train/bus to the photoshoot. Short distances by taxi (maximum 10 miles) will also be paid for.
14. The winner will receive £200 in shopping vouchers, a night in a hotel for two and two theatre tickets for a London show. Travel expenses will be paid to and from London. Spending vouchers, hotel and theatre bookings will be made upon request of the winner before 31st August 2008. Booking dates exclude Easter, Christmas and New Year holidays.
15. The winner will appear on CoverGirl Car Insurance website as the Face of CoverGirl Car Insurance 2007 for the duration of our choosing.
16. No financial remuneration will be given to any of the finalists or winner of the competition. No financial remuneration will be given for the use of any photographs taken during the day of the finale photoshoot or submitted to CoverGirl Car insurance.
17. We reserve the right to change the date or location of the finale at any time without notice.
