Women seeking Audi car insurance will be pleased to read that the motor manufacturer is embracing the buying power of women motorists with female-only initiatives designed to realise the notion that women need to be greeted as a target market.
Kristin Varela of www.motherproof.com recently took part in a female-only weekend for US lifestyle media so they could preview the new Audi A4 2009 model.
The weekend included activities tailor-made to addressing female driver issues; including talks with Audi's female designers, learning new non-male orientated information about the cars, and receiving one-to-one racing instruction in the new Audi A4 on a NasCar race track.
Varela says, "The automotive industry is realizing bit by bit who is purchasing their cars and is working on new ways to reach those consumers. I for one think it's about time."
Women who have chosen an Audi and are looking for Audi car insurance will surely feel reassured that the manufacturer is thinking of their needs when designing the car. It is now hoped that more manufacturers will jump on the band-wagon and bring such initiatives to UK female drivers.
