UK car insurance claims for ghostly experiences
Women drivers across the UK may encounter a ghostly experience, says a recent study.
If you want to keep hold of your cheap car insurance, keep a firm grip of the steering wheel as you drive through some of the country's haunted roads.
A study by mycheck.com found that a number of motorists have encountered spooky experiences including hearing the screams of crash victims.
Roger Powell, general manager or mycheck.com, said: "There are lots of stories around about drivers who have seen ghosts but while tales of the supernatural may be entertaining, motorists would do well to remember that not everything is as it seems."
A spokesperson for CoverGirl Car Insurance Services the experts in female driver insurance, added: "The report shows that huge numbers of drivers have experienced something that can't be explained whilst driving; it would be interesting to see just how many people may have claimed on their UK car insurance for an accident caused by a ghostly encounter."
