Your search for a small and economical car that you can get cheap ladies
car insurance for may be over with the invention of a car just 39
inches high and 26 inches wide. Perry Watkins, a sales director from Wingrave,
Buckinghamshire, built the car from the frame of a Postman Pat coin operated
children's ride he found on ebay and has been driving it around his home
town ever since.
After removing Pat and Jess the cat and adding a 150cc engine, mirrors,
windscreen wipers, washers, lights, indicators and racing exhaust pipes,
the car now has a tax disc and motor insurance, making it legal to drive
much to the astonishment of locals who can't believe how tiny it is.
Having already broken the record for the world's lowest car three times,
Mr Watkins now also holds the record for the world's smallest car after
the World records Academy informed him that 'The Wind Up' as it's been
christened, is officially the world's smallest car.
With such a tiny engine and such low fuel consumption, you would think
this would be the cheapest, albeit not the most practical or speediest,
car to insure on the road. However it seems this car is actually too small
making it near impossible to find a quote on. The search for cheap ladies
car insurance will therefore have to be found on another more commonly-sized
model; perhaps the Noddy car would be better.
