Lady car insurance customers create new taxi firm
A new taxi company in the Netherlands is a great choice for lady car insurance customers, especially as the company only employs female drivers.
Set in the southern city of Tilburg, the Pink Lady Cab can be seen ferrying passengers around the area during the week and at weekend nights.
Anybody who's forgotten to take their bike out and wants a lift home can spot the taxis with their recognisable pink roofs.
A spokesperson behind the initiative said: "Female customers often indicate they feel safer with a female driver."
Speaking about the unique taxi firm, a spokeswoman for CoverGirl Car Insurance Services, the experts in lady car insurance, said: "Women are excellent drivers and so it makes perfect sense that female customers would feel more comfortable with a taxi driver who has woman motor insurance. It's a great initiative and we can only wish the new company with all the best of luck for the future."
