A lady is looking at an increase in her woman car insurance rates after she accidentally drove over the side of a multi-storey car park.
The 27-year-old Malaysian woman had been driving on the sixth storey of a Kuala Lumpur apartment car park when she suddenly lost control. She crashed into a concrete wall then plunged to the ground in the dramatic accident.
Although her car was wrecked, when rescuers pulled the female driver from the vehicle she was only found to have a broken arm and facial bruising.
Despite her fortune in escaping the accident with such minor injuries, the lady may well not be so lucky when it comes to her motor insurance. If she claims for the car's value, she faces the chance of having to pay substantially more for her car insurance quotes.
Police revealed that she may be charged with reckless driving following the incident, which may deal further damage to her woman car insurance rates.
