An East Lincolnshire woman hairdresser has spoken of how she used a grant from the Prince's Trust to pay for womans car insurance to help her get her business underway.
The 28-year-old used part of the £1,500 loan and £1,500 grant to help her pay for car insurance, advertising and public liability cover.
It certainly will be a novelty for her customers to be able to say that they owe their stylish new cuts to Prince Charles - however, it is unlikely that any of them will be seeking to imitate Charles's famously immovable locks.
She said, "I have used the funding for products and car insurance, as well as public liability insurance and advertising. "It has been brilliant. If it was not for the funding, it would have taken me a while longer to get started."
Although most of us may not be able to get royalty to help pay for our motor insurance, if we look around and find the best online policy, we may at least be able to get cheap cover.
