Female drivers should remove personal possessions from their vehicles or they could lose their cheap car insurance, Wiltshire police are warning.
Police officers are urging lady drivers to take their personal items from their cars or they could be at risk from potential thieves who see a quick opportunity to make a quid or two.
The latest warning comes following a recent car crime which involved a woman driver having her bag stolen from her vehicle.
Such items that thieves may be on the look out for include satellite navigation systems - something that could affect your women's car insurance.
A spokesperson for CoverGirl Car Insurance Services, the experts in cheap car insurance, said: "It can be easy to forget your personal items and leave them in your car overnight. If you really must leave items in your vehicle, make sure that they are out of sight from thieves."
