Cheap car insurance customers admire WAGs

It has been suggested that footballers' wives and girlfriends, also known as WAGs, could be great role models for young women.

Just as intelligent ladies get great deals on cheap car insurance; many WAGS have at least five good GCSEs, so no wonder they never have car crashes in their expensive motors.

The findings by the Learning and Skills Council have taken the nation by storm, especially as many of us are huge fans of Wayne Rooney's Coleen McLaughlin and Theo Walcott's Melanie Slade.

Julia Dowd, director of learning at the LSC, said: "Many young people today believe that fame and fortune is possible without hard work. But whatever your chosen career, gaining the minimum set of qualifications is an important first step.

"There's no need to give up on your dreams, but reality is that leaving your future down to chance could leave you unemployable or in a low-paid, dead-end job."

A spokesperson for the cheap car insurance provider, CoverGirl Car Insurance Services, added: "It's great to see that these high profile woman car insurance customers are setting a good example for so many young ladies."

Car insurance news 2005

*A replacement car can normally be arranged under one of the following conditions: (1) Comprehensive policyholders – a replacement car may be available under the terms of your insurance policy. Please check your policy details for more information. (2) Non fault accident – where we have the name, car registration number and insurance details of the person who caused the accident, we can supply a replacement car. This is done on a credit hire basis which means the costs for this service will be passed onto the insurance company of the person who caused the accident. We may not be able to arrange a replacement car where we are unable to get an admission of liability from their insurance company, or where the driver is untraceable or uninsured. (3) Repair garage – if your car is booked in for repairs following an accident, the repair garage may be able to provide a replacement car (subject to availability).
