Car painted with nail varnish for record attempt

While it may not make your women's car insurance any cheaper, painting your car pink will certainly make it more visible and stand out from the crowd.

Hoping to complete a world record attempt for the longest ever online advert by painting an entire car with nail varnish, a former semi-professional footballer has painted a Fiat 500 in hot pink nail varnish.

The 28-year-old lived and slept in a special studio where he completed the mammoth task which took four days, two hours and two minutes. To prove that there was no cheating involved with hidden spray cans, the feat was broadcast over the internet via webcam.

Now awaiting news from the Guinness Book of World Records, the nail varnish painter extraordinaire is hoping that his efforts will help secure his non-stop viral as the longest online advert ever.

Now a shocking pink, the Fiat 500 will certainly be hard to miss which could help keep it out of car accidents and help ensure the women's car insurance for it stays low.
