Peugeot 205
This very 1980s advert displays a Peugeot 205 being driven around a created town with drawn shops and bus stops. As it passes people on the street, everybody turns their head to get a glimpse of the car; even the little red man on the road crossing can't resist taking a look. The advert just goes to show how impressive a Peugeot can be, especially when you can get such cheap motor insurance for one.
Peugeot 106
This advert from the mid 1990s shows a female duo that became very well known among Peugeot car insurance customers. In this particular clip, the women are stopped at a set of traffic lights by a Hollywood director who asks them "Do you want to be in the movies?" When they find out that two ditsy ladies are playing the lead roles and that they've only been hired as stunt drivers, the pair head off onto what looks like an open road, but it is in fact a large backdrop.
Peugeot 406
With music by M People playing over this black and white advert, a note appears on the screen that reads: "The average person has 12,367 thoughts a day.here are just a few of them." The viewer then gets to see into the many lives of people from around the world while frequently cutting to footage of a man driving a Peugeot 406 across long highways. At the end of the advert, he then gets out of his vehicle and a note appears saying: "There is no such thing as the average person."
Peugeot 309
Starting off in a museum, the advert shows a man stealing the Mona Lisa and zig zagging his way around the streets in his Peugeot 309 to get the police off his tail. He cleverly parks the 309 on a Peugeot garage forecourt to outsmart officials and even parks in front of a poster advert so that his car blends in with the image of the exact car. He then drives off into woodland and the advert cuts to him sat in a forest having a picnic with his family with the Peugeot 309 parked behind them. The pursuit had all been a dream!
