Diamond has teamed up with a sport physiologist to help female drivers lose a few Christmas pounds - without even having to step out of the car.
The woman car insurance company has partnered up with fitness expert Karianne Wasley Backx to create an in-car work out for lady motorists.
Although it sounds rather dangerous and a potential threat to ladies' motor insurance, drivers are firmly advised to only carry out the exercises while in stationary traffic.
The exercises include neck stretches, which involve turning the head to each side and then up and down five times, and hand clenches, where ladies should tightly grip the steering wheel, then release, curl and stretch their fingers.
The woman car insurance firm advises frowning and raising eyebrows ten times to exercise the face, whilst a further task for women who want to tone their buttocks and strengthen their pelvic floor involves clenching, holding, then relaxing their muscles.
The managing director of Diamond, Sian Lewis, commented: "Motorists in the UK are regularly finding themselves stuck in traffic queues. These exercises are easy to do while you are stationary for any length of time, and they might just help with shifting those extra pounds gained over Christmas.
"Although, don't be surprised if you get some funny looks when carrying out the facial exercises," she finished.
